On this site you will find every tool that a real estate agent would use to help you buy or sell a home.  You will find a document builder brought to you by our trusted friends at LawDepot.com that will help you to generate all documents necessary for your particular location (disclaimer – the use of this service is available at a very reasonable rate  - somewhere in the neighborhood of $20).  You will also find that our application will walk you through every step of the process from preparation to closing/settlement answering just about any question you could possibly have about the process.  If you are selling your home you will find that we offer FREE nationwide listings for your home.  There is no “premium” listing that will be listed above all the others, because they are all FREE.  So let’s get this straight...
